Can you beat it?
How much do you charge?
The charge for a professional removal service is based on quantity to be moved, the packing service required, and distance between loading and unloading. Other factors include time taken, number of operatives required, size of vehicle, distance from door to vehicle, number of steps, floor level of property and insurance value.
Are my goods insured?
Yes. Our standard level of insurance cover and comes for free with all moves. The type of insurance we provide on your behalf is “Goods in Transit Insurance” for the sum of £5,000.
For clients who require extra cover, for a small addiitional fee of £35.00 the level of cover can be increased to £10,000.
Clients need to be aware that there is a £250.00 excess payable for all levels of cover in the unlikley event that a claim should be made.

Is VAT included as part of the quotation?
Yes. All figures quoted include VAT.
How do I pay for my removal?
SE Removals are flexible and removals can be paid for on the day. Somtimes this is not always possible and other arrangements can be made (by prior arrangement only).

How do I obtain boxes and packaging materials?
SE Removals can provide all boxes and packaging materials required for your move from our partners at Cymru Storage. Go to Cymru-Storage
Do I get a home quotation/visit prior to my move?
Yes, if you would like one. Please contact me to arrange a suitable time to visit.
For smaller moves a home visit is not always necessary. However, we are delighted to visit any of our customers in advance to provide a quotation, meet, advise and supply any packaging materials that are required.

Can I travel with the vehicle?
Yes. We are able to carry up to two passengers. We cannot carry pets or livestock of any kind.
Do you go further than South Wales?
Yes, we are specialists in Inter City Relocations and moves to London & the South. We will help move you to anywhere in Wales, England or Scotland.

Do you go overseas?
Yes , whilst we normally operate within Wales, England and Scotland, we can offer international service to Republic of Ireland, France and Spain.

As a removal company, we do not personally offer self-storage. However we do recommend and use:-

I have a quote from a large removal company.
Can you beat it?
Probably, yes.
As a small independent remover, we are against price wars amongst other small independents. However, if you have a written quote from a large established group, then it is probable that we will be able to beat the quote in terms of both personal service and price.
